The MI-DMMI monitor modules are used with the Morley-IAS intelligent fire alarm control panels to provide a single input circuit from external devices. Each input is continuously monitored for normal, open circuit and alarm conditions.

Changes to the status of the input circuits are communicated to the panel where the appropriate actions may be undertaken. The MI-DMMI requires a single of the 99-possible module addresses available on a loop. It responds to regular polling from the control panel indicated by a pulsing LED every successful communication.

The HM photoelectric smoke detector has a completely new detection chamber design, the result of many years of research and development. This delivers improved responsiveness, reduced sensitivity changes caused by settling dust and reduced false alarms resulting from ingress of insect and other debris. The plug-in unit uses sophisticated processing circuitry that incorporates smoothing filters to help eliminate transient environmental noise conditions that can be the cause of unwanted alarms. The devices are managed by embedded software running complex algorithms that further improve resilience to false alarms and improve detection speed.

The SIGA-CT1 Single Input Module is an addressable device used to connect a Class B initiating device circuit (IDC) to a Signature loop controller. The module requires one address on the signaling line circuit (SLC). Addresses are assigned electronically. There are no address switches. Diagnostic LEDs provide visible indication of the state of the module: • Normal: Green LED flashes • Alarm/active: Red LED flashes
